Referral term and conditions


1. Eligibility: The referral bonus program is generally open to all current employees of HW Global with the exception of those directly involved in the hiring process for the specific role (e.g., hiring manager, department head, HR staff).

2. Referral Process: The referred candidate must be submitted via the official company referral portal prior to the candidate submitting an application or being contacted by a recruiter. If a candidate is already in the company's applicant tracking system or was actively sourced within the last 6 months, they are not eligible for a referral bonus.

3. Bonus Payout: A referral bonus is typically paid out in two installments:
* First Installment: Upon the referred candidate's start date.
* Second Installment: After the referred candidate successfully completes a minimum employment period (e.g., 90 days or 6 months) and remains in good standing.

4. Program Changes: HW Global reserves the right to modify or terminate the employee referral program, including all terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.
